it looks like the transmission or key pad isn't lighting up.

unplug the key pad and confirm you have power and ground and switched per the drawing,let me know how you do..

Doesn't appear to have power to the transmission key pad, but I don't understand why this would prevent the engine from cranking. Batteries are sound and fully charged. Only has 11,000 miles. Since the ABS light is on, I ran diagnostic and got an ABS fault "SID 231 FMI 90C 0". Would the ABS fault prevent the engine from cranking?

if the transmission does'nt power up its like a neutral safety switch,no power to the tranny means it will default to no start
