curtis b :

Welcome to JUST ANSWER heavy equipment. With years of experience, I look forward to doing my best to help. Take a quick look at the axles coming through the wheels. Each wheel has a key that locks it to the axle shaft. If this key shears , the wheel will not turn. The axle will spin in the wheel. If no problem there, the problem can be much deeper in the axle!! Let me know. Thank you.

Customer :

I checked and the keys are ok.

curtis b :

Could the freewheel lever got knocked into the freewheel position?
