Bobcat: wont start..code 13-07 and mean

my bobcat 328 won't start and reads code 13-07 and 14-02. What do these codes mean?

Hi , both of these codes are for the fuel stutoff solenoid power. i would star by checking voltage at the shutoff solenoid wiring connector . With the key on 1 wire should have 6-8 volts and the other wire should be ground. Check this first and if you have voltage and ground then the solenoid has gone bad. let me know and we can go from there , thanks,
