I'm changing the speed sensor in an eaton fuller transmission, it is located on the top, the problem is i can not get it to go all the way in. Any suggestions

Hello and welcome to just answer.i can help you with this..yes i've seen this,,remove and clean out the bore that its mounted in,when clean,put a little grease on the sensor and she should glide right in..let me know how you did..

It was cleaned and lubed but will only go half way in can I use some force?
