Problem with 2005 FD Hino. Last couple of days was slow starting so checked the batteries and noticed one was dry. Replaced both of them today and truck still slow but quicker than yesterday so thought would leave running for a while for charge. Turned it off and then went to start it again and got slower and slow until nothing at all. Just wondering if anyone has got any tips at all as to what may be a cause.Cheers
Optional Information: Year: 2005 Make (other): Hino Model: FD Engine: 6cyl diesel Already Tried: Replaced both batteries and checked fuses

Wayne,
Thanks for the info but unfortunately this was not the problem. It was found to be a faulty starter motor that had gradually declined in condition to a point were the armature was completely not useable or able to be rebuilt resulting in a brand new starter to be bought and installed. Please note that this is not a dig at you but the whole Just answer website that I was expecting a reply in a few hours (due to having "24 experts" on-line) when the question was originally raised. It was over 30hours before a reply was sent which I thought was fairly poor. Should another problem occur such as this I will not be utilising this service again. If you could please pass this on through a forum network as I am assuming that the'experts' use one associated to this site it would be appreciated.
inline with saying that I am going to pay on this occasion even though the diagnosis was not correct but at least you attempted to answer my question/problem.
Cheers, Sean
