Hi I'm Wayne,
I will help you with this,

sounds like your low beam relay is out /not working, look in fuse box/panel, should be marked low beam, switch around with other relay to check. Sure that's what you wil find.

Get back to me.Cool

Customer replied1286 days and 16 hours ago.

I see where these are. They appear to be fuses and not "relays" They are 15 amp. I have done the following.

There are 2 hi beams fuses
1 left
1 right
I removed the hi beam right and it shuts off the right high beam.

There are 2 low beam fuses.
I have switched the working fuses for the either right or left low beam and they still dont light up.

In addition there are the following
head lamp main relay - a fuse 5amp
head lamp dim relay - a fuse 5 amp

I turn the hi beams on and pull the main relay and they shut off
I have exchanged these fuses as well.

I know these fuses are good as there is a clicking noise when you pull or remove these fuses.

HiCustomer

Ok, the fuses, for low beam, use a test light/voltmeter,,and see if you have power to both sides of fuse, your correct the fuses are good, now we just need to see if your getting power to them.

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX back to me.Cool,

Ok thanks for the trouble shooting help....
We have 2 hino trucks and I replaced the bulb in the older truck and may have confused this with the current truck. In fact the headlights where burnt out. both of them.

for your help I will pay the small fee...
