i need valve adjustment specs for a deutz f4l 1011 and torque specs and centering adjustment for the rocker arm fulcrums.

timing belt broke, bent puchrods. going back together. want to make sure its right.

Hi my name is XXXXX XXXXX X am going to try and help you with this.

 

With the engine cold the valves clearance should be:

 

Exhaust 0.5 mm

Intake 0.3 mm

 

The adjusting nuts should be torqued to 20 +/- 2 Nm

 

It should be noted that the valve clearance should be increased by 0.1mm at every cylinder head gasket replacement. The valve clearance should be checked every 500 Hours
