Hello KW Osborne,

I have the manual on that engine but before I post I need the model number off the rocker cover to give accurate information, should be like a 6067gk or wk.

Thanks Bill

Hello Again,

The 60 ser manual listed torque for nuts and bolts that are an exception to standard torque, meaning iuf not listed then use standard torque, I'll list a link at the end.

All in ft lbs. unless noted.

Main bearing cap: 347-391

flywheel housing: 118-148

connecting rod nut: 118-137

camshaft bearing cap bolt: 93-108

rocker arm shaft bolt: 100

1 & 7 camshaft studs and nuts: 93-108

camshaft drive gear bolt: 55 +120 degrees

flywheel bolts: 55 +60 degrees

injector hold down: 43-49

cylinder head bolt prior to 2002: 184-210

torque twice

cylinder head bolt after 2002: 220

torque twice

use the date on the rocker cover

after 2002 will have a groove on the head or white paint

rocker cover(1piece) 15-18

rocker cover (2 & 3 piece) 22-28

Cylinder head bolts must be coated on the threads and bolt to head contact area with international compound #2, more commonly called peanut butter from the Detroit dealer.
