How can i be as healthy as possible and get a head start on

how can i be as healthy as possible and get a head start on the rest of my life. i am 26 and try and be healthy for the most part. i was also very active as a kid playing lots of sports. What supplements are the most important to take ? From what i have learned probiotics are a must, but with so many brands how can i know what ones are the best to take. I have also learned i don't receive enough Vitamin B.
I want to help my self prevent all disease and illness in my life so i guess I'm just looking for some input considering that in my family runs some illness.
should i get a blood test and work with a in person who specializes in this ?

I am good at the second 2, but I def. experience anxiety and stress a ton and medication doesn't work for me too well.

You have to be close to your ideal weight.

If meditation is not working, try yoga and group sporting activity for relaxation.

Health anxiety, stress, depression of one to two years won't affect your future health. If you keep on thinking of past, it is a wrong way of living healthy. Bygone is bygone. Look at the future.
