Hello and welcome I'm Dr Chip

Can you please tell me more about what's going on?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I fell off my my bike today and injured myself. It feels as if I pulled a groin muscle. It is very painful to walk. When I got up from laying in bed I was faint and nauseas. Now back in bed I am cold and shivering.

Where exactly is the pain?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
It is in the right groin area. The pain crosses from the upper middle thigh diagonally down to the left.

And you're in so much pain you're faint and nauseated?

OK--how exactly can I help you?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Maybe some professional advice would be helpful. What do you recommend next.

OK

I'm very concerned here--not so much because of the possible pulled muscle but because of the shivering and fainting feeling before

This goes beyond just a pulled groin muscle--you may have a fractured pelvis with bleeding that's lowering your blood pressure

This is potentially life-threatening and the only advice I can give you is to get to an ER right now

Please let me know if you need any more information
