This sounds like Bacterial vaginosis (BV) which is a common polymicrobial infection of the vulva and vagina that is not sexually transmitted. Characteristic symptoms include vulvovaginal itching or burning, foul-smelling (musty or fishy) vaginal odor, and thin, gray-white vaginal discharge, although 30%-75% of cases are asymptomatic. Characteristic diagnosis is homogeneous, thin, white or gray discharge coating vaginal walls. I would strongly encourage you to see your doctor and get a pap smear with cultures. Treatment is oral or intravaginal metronidazole or intravaginal clindamycin as first-line managements. I hope this helps.
