Burning of the hands and feet can be from damage of nerves.
Also pinched nerves as they come out of the spinal cord and spine can cause burning of feet and hands.
Vitamin B12 deficiency
Spasms of the blood vessels can cause poor circulation and burning sensation as well.
I wouldn't advise you to suffer and consider to ignore your symptoms.
So see a neurologist for a clinical exam.
I recommend that you have a complete physical examination with a nerve conduction velocity test, inflammatory markers-C-reactive protein, sed rate and ANA., Vitamin B12,Vitamin D3,CBC, uric acid test, and a doppler test of the circulation in your extremities.
Lyrica is a common treatment to reduce the sense of discomfort arising from the condition.
