Hello again,I was waiting for your reply.
I am sorry for your symptoms.Pressure in chest, shortness of breath after walk or exertion can occur in angina. But your ECG was normal.Chest X ray also ruled out any issue with lungs.Such symptoms can come from anxiety or stress too.I would suggest to have a review by your doctorI hope this information helps. If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.Wish your early recovery. Please rate my answer excellent if you are satisfied with it.Regards.
I sent an answer already after waiting.
As the ECGs are normal, you need not to worry about angina.
A stress echo can be taken if not done already.
Please avoid anxiety & stress & keep your blood pressure under control.
