I had a lump appear yesterday on my left and right temple -

I had a lump appear yesterday on my left and right temple - about 1 inch wide. went to the doctor who did blood work for an infection and said I was clear and "these things clear up"
JA: How long have you had the lump? Is it hard or soft?
Customer: soft and no paid pain
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: history of high anxiety - heart disease in the family gained 40 lbs in the last year

Anything serious doesn't appear out of nowhere. The lumps are probably just pimples that will clear up on their own. Cysts (fluid filled sacs) are another possibility, which also isn't a problem. Cold compresses when you aren't at work can help reduce any swelling. They should be gone in a week or so. If they aren't, then a dermatologist can take a look at them.
