My husband had surgery to fuse his vertebrae on Wednesday.

Customer Question

My husband had surgery to fuse his vertebrae on Wednesday. He has been home since Thursday. Yesterday he continued to run a fever of 102 and a little above. We were given new antibiotic and now overnight his temperature is now 94. What should be done?

Is it oral temperature?

Is he sweating a lot?

What is his pulse and blood pressure?

Any other symptoms?

When did you give medicine for reducing fever (acetaminophen/Tylenol or Ibuprofen)?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Oral temperature. Don't know his blood pressure. He is wrapped in blankets with a heating pad. He has Tylenol in his pain medication.

Nevermind. Please don't charge me. I am taking him to the doctor's office.
