Your symptoms are suggestive of following differential diagnosis;
1) Cutaneous Lupus erthematosus
2) Cutaneous candidiasis
3) Seborrheic dermatitis.
A scalp and skin biopsy with blood work for autoimmune panel would clinch the diagnosis. You should consult a skin specialist / dermatologist.
