Thank you for your question, no honey causes same effects like sugar, although a bit slow as there is more fructose rather that direct glucose but still end result is the same. So not a good option to take it. your random glucose levels should not exceed 200 while fasting should not be more that 126. Low levels unto 65-70mg.dl are well tolerated by most people. standard low levels are 70-80mg/dl. Thank you.
