Hello!
My name is*****
Welcome to JustAnswer.
I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply momentarily.

Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 1 month ago.

How old is the child?

How large is the bruise?

Is there any skin break?

Does he have any other symptom?

When did it occur?

Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 1 month ago.

Hello again,
I was waiting for your reply.
I am sorry for his symptoms.
Pain can become worse after sometime as the tissue swells up from inflammation.
Please try to keep the arm at rest & elevated a little.
You can apply ice.
This needs to be applied after wrapping in towel or cloth.
This will prevent cold injury.
Tylenol can be given for pain.
If there is any skin break, neosporin cream can be applied.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
Wish him early recovery.
Please rate my answer excellent if you are satisfied with it.
Regards.
