Hello again,
I was waiting for your reply.

I am sorry for your symptoms.
The pain behind belly button can be due to a few factors.
It can be due to spasm or cramp of the intestine.
This can occur from gas, inflammation, constipation etc.
An obstruction in the intestine can cause it.
Appendicitis pain can start here.
It then shifts to lower right side.
There can be other causes like pancreatitis, lymph adenitis etc.

Menstrual cramp is usually felt a little lower.
I would advise to have an examination by doctor.
Doctor can decide about tests like ultrasound, CBC or X ray after the clinical examination.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
Wish your early recovery.
Please rate my answer excellent if you are satisfied with it.
