As per your description, possible differential diagnosis may include Lumbar radiculopathy,Peripheral arterial disease, vascular claudication.
As you have already taken OTC pain killers with little improvement so it's good to see your doctor for a clinical exam.
Further investigations like color doppler study of lower limbns,MRI of lumbar spine & pelvis,NCV with EMG,Fasting lipid panel can be advised.
You can try OTC Aspirin.
Also do leg stretching.
Physical therapy can be effective.
Monitor your blood pressure.
If your symptoms are gradually getting worse over the period of time then see your doctor ASAP rather than watchful wait.
In case of swelling, redness, severe pain in legs then visit ER.
