JA: What medications do you take daily? Are you allergic to any medications?
Customer: I take avorsatin, digoxin and spirolactone and am allergic to cumidin or warfarin.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: no, I'm 70 years old and have a sinus cold. very seldom take medicines for a simple cold but wife says it will help my sinus congestion if I take this before bed.
