Over the past week I have been feeling very tired and have had lightheadedness/dizziness. It started a week ago when I stayed up drinking late but has gotten worse.

i don't think i have any other symptoms besides anxiety and no past illness...No tests recently and no doctor as it just started happening a week ago.

I did have a stomach ache (acid indigestion) a couple days ago that went away quickly.

The dizziness, tiredness can be due to different factors.
There may be dehydration, fall or changes of blood pressure, low glucose etc.
Heart issues like rhythm abnormalities may lead to the attacks of dizziness.
It may also occur from anxiety or stress or neurological disorders.
Anemia or electrolyte changes can also be factors.
In some cases there can be feeling of vertigo from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or labyrinthitis or inner ear problems.
I feel you should get an examination by doctor.
Depending on the physical examination by doctor, you can need a few tests such as blood work, scan, EKG etc.
Pl take plenty of fluid to keep good hydration & have adequate rest.
