My mother had a blood clot in right tempermant cousins

My mother had a blood clot in right tempermant cousins stroke. She has recovered expect for memory lapses change of personaity. Suffering from headaches centre of head. She has had bypass in pass and two heartattacks. Is this normal for her to keep having headaches. I monitor bp which is more often than not stable
Occassionally raised. Diastolic at times very low but more on resting and not often. What else can we do???
