Hello,

Welcome to Just Answer. My name is***** and I will be helping you today.

The problem with Rh factor comes in when it is the mother who is O-. Then she can develop antibodies to an Rh+ child. The child's blood would contain Rh+ since the father was positive. You and your wife are just reversed and the Rh factor would not affect fertility. You would need to see a fertility expert who can test the both of you and see why you have not conceived.

Please let me know if you need additional information about this.

Kind regards,

Schuyler

Even when the mother is - and the father +, it doesn't really affect fertility so much as the fetus doesn't live without intervention.
