It sounds that you suffer from anxiety and this may connect to some GI issues ...IBS _( IRRITIBLE BOWEL SYNDROME ) is commonly associated with anxiety

Lack of sleep also may relate to anxiety ...

I recommend that you start with primary care doctor to help guide you forward with this combination of symptoms ...

You may benefit daily METAMUCIL ( may benefit IBS) and doctor may consider treatment for anxiety ...

A probiotic also may help GI symptoms

I hope that this information is helpful for you

Is there any serious issue with this pain

Hello !

Well we have limits here as I can not examine you...

If the pain is more than minor and not brief and dissipates then you should be examined

Left lower quadrant does not fit with stomach caused pain _ ( gastritis or reflux or stomach ulcer ) >> these would benefit from acid reducing omeprazole but left lower quadrant sounds more some OTHER cause ...

It MIGHT be IBS / constipation related / could be related to divertuculi / other ...

Persisting pain would be reason for you to see doctor / gastroenterologist and have this checked ...

I hope that this is helpful

Let me know if you have further questions

Best regards!

Red flags would be abdominal pain plus fever with temp over 101.5

Pain severe enough to prevent sleep

Bloody or tarry stool

I hope that this is helpful
