I'm noticing spots (like small rolled up lumps) on my toilet

Customer Question

I'm noticing brown spots (like small rolled up lumps) on my toilet paper after urinating. I did a urinalysis at work and it came back normal. I was wondering if it could be an STD because I just had sex for the first time in over 2 years. It was unprotected. I thought it would clear up with my period, but it seems to have gotten worse since it started two days ago

Customer: Did you see my question?
JA: How long have you had the lump? Is it hard or soft?
Customer: It's not a lump. It's hard to describe what type of discharge it is. Like rolled up pieces of paper
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Not that I'm aware of

Hello again,
I was waiting for your reply.
I am sorry for your symptom.
Those brown materials do not indicate any STD.
Those can be tissue debris, particles of altered blood clot.
You can have a repeat urine test.
An ultrasound examination can be taken too.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
Regards.
