I would suggest taking her to a walk-in clinic. Odds are that she is just bruised and swollen and they will suggest ibuprofen for discomfort and ice for the swelling. The edema (swelling) can result in blurred vision.

However, it's not possible to tell if it is anything more than that without an in-person exam.
