Keep a food diary and track of your symptoms..
You MIGHT have a food allergy but also possible could be an INTOLERANCE such as Gluten sensitive enteropathy or Lactose intolerance...
You can get tested for common food allergies and that may be a helpful step for you.
Try for now eating a bland diet ( soups and carbohydrates such as rice/potatoes/ applesauce/ breads/etc.) and perhaps if you tolerate that you may be able to sread gradually your choices..
Consulting a gastroenterologist would be most likley helpful for you..

Yes IBS-D is a possible culprit..
There are other potential culprits as to chronic diarrhea as well ..
I think that the stool should have samples x three sent to the lab for culture/leukocytes/ C.diff/ova and parasites studies should be done..
Treatment regimens may be tried such as for IBS under the supervision of your doctor or GI specialist and that may be helpful..
You may benefit to try Metamucil daily and may benefit to try a probiotic ..
There are a number of possibilities to be considered to your case however...
