Thank you for all the information,Hepatitis or inflammation of the liver, gall bladder disease can cause pain in the right side below the rib cage & breast. It can go to the back..Sometimes peptic ulcer pain can also be felt on the right side.It can also go to back. For treating gall bladder pain, you would need antispasmodic like dicyclomine which is prescription grade medicine. In addition, fluid, antibiotics can be needed. You can try tylenol for pain.Antacid, zantac can help in acid problem. If you do not feel relief with those, I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
Ultrasound of liver, gall bladder, bladder work would be needed.I hope this information helps. If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.Regards.
I would advice to avoid advil.
It can increase the pain if it is from gastritis, peptic ulcer.
Tylenol would be a safer option.
You are always welcome. You can take antacid, zantac or nexium now which would reduce the gastric side effects of advil.Best wishes.
