Thanks for the follow-up.
I understand your concern.
As per your description, possible differential diagnosis may include rotator cuff tendonopathy, adhesive capsulitis shoulder.
The rotator cuff is made up of the tendons of the four muscles that move your arm.
It can become irritated/inflamed or injured and repetitive movements or arthritis.
Adhesive capsulitis shoulder- inflammation of capsule of the shoulder joint with limitation of stretchability of capsule or covering of the joint.
As you are suffering from last few months with little relief.
So I would advise you to see an Orthopedic doctor for a clinical exam and undergo MRI of shoulder.
Avoid any excessive weight bearing on the shoulder.
Try OTC Advil and get a prescription of combination of tramadol with paracetamol will be effective in relieving the pain.
Further local steroid injection can be given which will relieve the inflammation & pain.
Try warm fomentation with warm packs over the shoulder.
Also you may consult to physiotherapist who may teach you different exercises like PENDULUM EXERCISES to maintain the range of motion & flexibility at & around the shoulder.
I strongly recommend not to wait and get proper treatment promptly to prevent complications like frozen shoulder.
