What could cause Bp spikes with severe headache and pale Ness of hands?
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: Yes severe headache when is comes on. Sweating and very high Bp and low O2 sat. Check for pheo through urine. Test was negative
Yes vomiting and chest pain .
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Lyme, lead toxicity, low vitamin d, low testosterone, low cortisol and high cholesterol. History of low potassium with elevated ck of 600. History of toxoplasmosis.

you could be having vasculitis or spasms of your blood vessels which can cause cold pale hands and also spikes up in your blood pressure

one type of vasculitis is called Raynaulds syndrome.

another one is Giant cell arteritis which can cause headaches in your temporal areas.

you should see a doctor about these potential vasculitis. you may need a biopsy of one of your blood vessels to check for this

there are also blood tests like ESR and C reactive protein which can look for blood vessel inflammation
