My mother is experiencing frequency and burning with urination. I purchased AZO test strips. Negative for nitrite but positive for leukocytes. I purchased AZ) Urinary Tract Defense. Mom is 89 yrs. old. She it taking Eliquis and low dose ASA. Can she take Methenamine 162mg and Na Salicylate 162.5mg

Yes, she can take Methenamine and Sodium salicylate with Eliquis. There are no known drug interaction. She needs to drink plenty of water and liquids. She should get a urine culture. That would be able to not only confirm a urinary tract infection but also be able to identify the bacteria and best efficacious antibiotic for the treatment of infection.
