My 6 year old cannot walk on his leg, he can straighten them

Hi my 6 year old cannot walk on his leg, he can straighten them but he's more comfortable when his legs are bent
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? Have you noticed any swelling?
Customer: Yes he had swelling for a week and he couldn't straighten his leg
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: He is double jointed and autistic, his leg swelling is down he can straighten but hurts back of his knee when he does this

Hello this is Dr. Salama MD,

If he cannot walk on his leg then X rays are absolutely necessary especially after 1 week.

I would take him to the ER ASAP.

He's had xrays blood test and ultrasound scans and all have come back clear
