Customer Question

I took Xanax and atenolol last night before bed because I was getting a migraine and wanted to make sure I got to sleep. This morning I feel extremely fatigued and lightheaded. It was a struggle to walk up the stairs this morning. I'm wondering if this is a result of the drug combination.
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: I didn't actually experience the headache, just the aura. I did not get nauseous and I don't feel nauseous now. Mostly I just get the aura with a mild headache following.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I have a history of congenital heart disease so I'm also on Coumadin, digoxin, mexilitene, and spironolactone and furosemide.

It sounds that you may just be experiencing side effects from the Xanax if you don't take that often ...

It may make you Feel groggy ...

What is your dose ? That seems the most likely from your history ..
