The answers you gave me ore vague I doubt it is infection Your way to figure out if it's a hernia or the other one ? torson ? I am a carpenter In pretty good shape so I doubt that it is an infection but who knows

Infection would be the more common.

And hernia.

Torsion would be very very painful and get worse.

There is no way to say exactly without an exam.

And delaying an exam can be a very paid idea.

There is some risk of testicular cancer, but less so.
