I was just looking at my legs and shocked to see right leg

I was just looking at my legs and shocked to see right leg somewhat larger than left leg and ankle. ( upper calf 1 inch larger and ankle 1/2 inch larger)

No pain, discoloration or tenderness
No warmth
Just noticed- no idea how long
Have iron deficiency anemia -12% saturation Iron Taking multi gen iron pills, lumbar spondylosis, dizziness
In addition to Multi gen iron therapy pills, take simvastatin, omeprazole, restasis and fluticasone. Low dose aspirin

As per your description,it doesn't sound like Deep vein thrombosis(blood clot formation).

Other possible differential diagnosis may include Lymphatic obstruction,poor blood circulation.

You should monitor your blood pressure.

Limit your salt intake.

Maintain a good hydration.

Elevate your leg.

If it's getting worse over the period of time then see your doctor for a clinical exam.

Mild difference can be considered normal if it's persistently same and not associated with any other unusual symptoms.
