Hello!

Can you describe the accident? Did you fall? Catch yourself with right arm perhaps? Other ?

Can you lift right arm forward ? To the side ? Is one or both of these lifts difficult to do or incomplete or painful?

Do you have pain of the right shoulder?

My initial thought is that you might have a rotator cuff injuring right shoulder but further details would be helpful....

It sounds tgatvshould will likely need exam by an orthopedic specialist as best ....

Let me know what further details that you can

I will be happy to get back with you

If my answer has been helpful and to your satisfaction then please remember to leave positive feedback

Thank you and Best Regards,
