Did doctor prescribe any medicine?
Do you have any other past illness?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I had the test because I had an ANA level of 1:1280 and high histone. I was not prescribed any medication as of yet. I do have Endometrosis and possible fibromyalgia. Symptoms of joint pain - tiredness

Thank you for all the information,
WBC of 28 in urine suggests an inflammation.
This can be an infection as there is bacteria.
Hyaline cast can be from increased protein in urine but 4 casts are not high number.
Squamous cells can be from inflammation or infection.
Your picture suggests more like an infection.
You may need urine culture to find out that.
I would suggest to take a follow up with doctor
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.

One last question is a SGOT of 46 high
Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 4 months ago.

SGOT level may vary among labs.
In most cases, 5-40 is taken as normal.
Your level is marginally higher but not alarming.
