are you a man or woman?

how old are you?

what medications are you taking at this point? some medications can affect urine odor.

I'm female, 30 and no medications.

you could have a bladder infection

or a vaginal infection

you should see a doctor and get a urinalysis and urine culture and gyn exam

to check for infections.

just drinking more water doesn't cure a bladder bacterial infection

you may need a course of antibiotics

do you have a doctor you can see who can check your urine?

would this explain the bloating that I feel often? I also seem to not be able to lose weight. Im super healthy and active.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

bloating can be from sodas, or sensitivities to milk lactose or gluten or preservatives in your food.

you need to get your thyroid levels checked for low thyroid hormone levels which can affect your weight.

a bladder infection may not be causing your bloating and weight issues.

you may benefit from keeping a food diary or seeing a nutritionist about your diet and what you eat

and seeing an exercise therapist about your exercise routine and weight loss goals.
