Hello,Thank you for your question.I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.
How many abrasions are there?
Is there any ulcer or blister formation?
Thank you for all the information,Abrasions can occur on labia from friction with rough object. As there is no blister or ulcer, herpes is unlikely.A swab can be taken for test. You can apply neosporin cream on them.It will prevent infection & healing will be earlier.I hope this information helps. If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.Regards.
Sorry, clinically it is not possible to pinpoint which object caused the abrasion.A rough object, an elastic band moving back & forth or even itching with fingers can can cause abrasion.
