right wrist, sent u a pic already . used a damp washcloth heated it in microwave until steaming and applied it as a hot compress followed by a cold compress, which ive done before withot any problems. it looks like a blister from the heat. my qustin iswhat would u recommend I do ???????

You should continue cool compresses.

Also take OTC Advil and Zyrtec.

You should apply Polysporin ointment for few days.

Also keep it dry.

If it starts to hurt more, or the skin gets worse, or you think it is infected, see a doctor, they will have to cut away the dead skin to keep infection from spreading. Otherwise a dime-size blister isn't too much to worry about.
