Hi,

Your body weight is normal. Weight is distributed through the entire body so there isn't a lot someone can do about a "skinny" face. The basic bone structure is something you are born with. You can see a cosmetic surgeon to determine if surgery to implant cheek or chin prostheses would be something you might be interested in. These can "plump up" some areas of the face and are a permanent fix. Dermal fillers can temporarily plump up various areas, but are prohibitively expensive for repeated use over large areas. They are typically used to help plump up wrinkles and can last from 3 months to a year. Just for a few wrinkles around the mouth can cost $300-500.

Please let me know if you have questions.

Kind regards,

Schuyler
