I've noticed persistent cloudiness in my urine now. No

Customer Question

I've noticed persistent cloudiness in my urine for months now. No abdominal pain or pain while urinating. I'm taking a vaginal health supplement with cranberry. I do not have health insurance. Should I worry or continue to drink plenty of water, take the supplement and consider it normal??

Hello.
Thank you for your response. No, I have none of the above.
(Along with your answer, could you recommend a low cost clinic or somewhere in Charlotte that I can get a regular check up with Pap smear, and possible blood work?)

Hi,

Sorry for late reply.

As per your description, you don't have any symptoms so just maintain a good hydration which helps in reducing cloudiness.

This is probably just a small amount of urine that contains phosphates from your diet that has precipitated out in the urine. If you don't have any symptoms, this is not harmful.

Avoid spicy,fat rich diet.

Also discontinue your supplement for few days to see if this cloudiness is associated with it.

Continue cranberry alone.

Hope this helps.
