It sounds to be bacterial conjunctivitis.

Passing green discharge from eye along with pain, could be indicative of inflammation due to bacterial infection.

She should be immediately taken to medical care, and get it managed.

Bacterial conjunctivitis is very contagious, so she should touching eyes.

She would need a prescription of Antibiotic Eye Drops.

With treatment, the green discharge and pain should clear up in 3 days.

For them time, you can Apply cool compresses to soothe itching and pain.

Apply warm compress to soften crusts if they have formed.

She should avoid touching eyes.

She should be immediately taken to doctor and get it managed.
