Hi, Bobbi, I'm sorry to hear about that. You can put ice on his tongue. Wrap an ice cube in a thin towel and apply it for about 10 minutes at a time. If that doesn't stop it, and he is bleeding a lot, he will need to go to the ER. Best regards, Schuyler~
