My wife has been have a burning sharp pain on her right lower

My wife has been have a burning sharp pain on her right lower side of her stomach since last night. Any time she moves the pain burns. It's sharp then dull and then sharp again. Any ideas?

Yes she has been taking Advil, and she had a hysterectomy last year

Ok that sounds serious.Can be appendicitis or kidney stone related pain.CT scan is required.Better to go to the ER.Best wishes
