I think BEST to have it checked...doctors office /ER/ urgent care

Exam/ probable need for x-rays to rule out any fracture ...

If skin broken you may need protective dressing

Some injuries may lead to review of tetanus booster status ....

Elevate / anti-inflammatory such as ALEVE 2 tablets twice a day ...
