Hello,

How was the highest temperature?

Did you take any medicine for fever?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
102I have taken nothing but have Tylenol and Advil neither has been effective in the last month

Thank you for all the information,

Most adult persons can tolerate 102 degrees of temperature.

If the temperature rises further like above 103 then you need to go to ER.

You can take tylenol now if you have not taken in last 4 hours.

Luke warm sponging can be done.

As the temperature is running even after changing antibiotic, I would advise to have a review by your doctor.

I hope this information helps.

If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.

If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.

Regards.

Account # ***** and Order ID# ***** I slept on this to settle down before I responded, First, I found the Doctor's answer helpful; I did not go to ER. Second, I found your marketing disgusting. Before I got to the answer to my question I had to endure an email that attempted to enroll me in a "free trial" with an offer that just happened to "end today". Then I was invited to call and speak with someone about my question and if I did I would "agree to an additional amount" without being told what that amount was. Now you are "requiring" me to rate my experience and told what to rate. Where do you get off requiring me to do anything? The Dr. gets a 5 your marketing gets a -15. Please refund my money.
