Are the temperature and heart rate same now?

Thank you for all the information,
Motrin can lower the temperature.
When the temperature goes down, heart rate also become low.
Change the wet dresses.

Wipe up the sweat.
Room can be make warmer with additional heater or blower.
Apply warm compress.
You can take temperature after a while.
If the temperature does not rise, you should take him to ER for evaluation and management.
Otherwise take him tomorrow morning to the doctor for investigations to find out the cause and appropriate treatment.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
Regards.
