I have been menstrual bleeding and clotting extremely heavy for over 24 hours now I just finished my period about 10 days ago my tunes are tied I have 3 kids clots are large I'm not cramping much but I'm week n nervous is this at all normal also having some cramping or tingling in my hands and legs

As you are feeling weak, tingling, cramping in the hand s and legs, there can be severe anemia from heavy blood loss during last 24 hours.

You should go to ER or hospital without delay.

You may need blood transfusion.

As the tubes are tied, it may not be due to miscarriage.

There can uterine or hormonal abnormality.

Fibroid uterus, dysfunction uterine bleeding can be possible.
